Commercial Lines Account Manager/Agent
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager/Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts while delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities. A Property & Casualty License is preferred; however, candidates without a license must be willing and able to obtain one shortly after hire. Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique insurance needs
- Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processes
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure appropriate coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the agency management system
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to provide informed guidance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or account management, preferably in commercial lines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex information
- Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
